Terms of Service — GumTree Slots

1) Who can play

• You must be 18+.
• One account per person — keep your login secure.
• Virtual rewards are cosmetic/progression only and not redeemable.

2) Fair play rules

• No bots, macros, scripts, exploits, or reverse-engineering.
• No leaderboard manipulation or artificial traffic.
• Don’t stress-test/DDoS; respect technical rate limits.

3) Social play only

GumTree Slots does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, or withdrawals. Coins, items, and ranks are for entertainment and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes of monetary value.

4) Data & gameplay

We use essential data to run the platform and gameplay telemetry to fix issues, prevent abuse, and improve features. Optional analytics/personalization run only with consent. See our Privacy Policy.

5) Community conduct

• Keep chats friendly — no harassment, hate, threats, or spam.
• No impersonation of staff, creators, or other players.
• Use in-app tools or email support to report problems.

6) Content & IP

• Branding, UI, artwork, and code belong to GumTree Slots or partners.
• No redistribution, scraping, or commercial use without permission.
• Player content must follow these Terms; we may moderate/remove it.

7) Breaches & action

We may apply warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for violations. Serious cases (fraud/abuse) may be escalated to platforms or authorities where required by law.

8) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our product or legal requirements evolve. If the changes are significant, we’ll highlight them in-app and update the date below.
